It's our first fundraiser since COVID-19, and we're going all out 90's style in support of the Women's Health Clinic.

Dress up in your best 90's workout wear and bring a water bottle because it's gonna get sweaty! The event kicks off with a 45-minute Hot HIIT class (90's tunes), followed by a light brunch and prizes.

Class description and what to expect / bring:

Be sure to arrive 10-15 min early as late entry is not permitted, class starts at 12pm. Bring a yoga mat, small sweat towel, and a water bottle (there is a water filling station available). Cell phone usage is not permitted in the studio, be sure to shut off/place on silent before entering and put phones away. Shoes are not required as the classes are done barefoot.

This (45 min) is a high-intensity interval training class. It begins and ends with a 3 minute stretch and will be targeting 2 major sections (legs, arms, and/or Core). This is a cycle (circuit) workout in which you give an all-out effort with quick bursts of intense exercise followed by short recovery periods, mixed with some heavy weight and slow rep exercises in between. HIIT is all the craze because it works! These HIIT workouts build cardiovascular fitness while improving strength, building lean muscle and maximizing calorie burn. This is Oxygen’s take on HIIT so it will be fun and addictive.
